Aviva has released a new advert to build on its wider “making it click” campaign.
Targeted at Aviva’s business customers, the advert was created with its communications agency and corporate pension customer, adam&eveDDB, to bring to life first-hand experiences of Aviva’s workplace pension tools.
Victoria Tait, workplace pensions customer & marketing manager at Aviva, said the creative agency’s staff leveraged their own personal experiences as Aviva workplace pension customers.
“Using Aviva’s digital tools like the MyAviva app to take control of their own pensions, inspired the themes of ease and simplicity when it comes to finances.
“For those of us who work in the Aviva workplace savings and retirement team, this is more than a television advert. It is a representation of how we want our customers to feel about their experience with us,” said Tait.
In the advert, Mike Stern, managing partner at adam&eveDDB, said the creative team’s own experiences of the MyAviva app were pivotal in delivering the campaign.
The MyAviva app lets employees keep an eye on their workplace pension by giving them access to a wide range of tools and investment funds.
The wider “making it click” campaign demonstrates Aviva’s aim of helping customers navigate the often confusing and intimidating prospect of finances.
