Numis Corporation has rebranded as Deutsche Numis following its acquisition by Deutsche Bank.
The rebrand incorporates the reputations of both organisations and will see the combined business establish its position as a leading force in UK investment banking, according to a press release.
Ross Mitchinson, co-CEO of Deutsche Numis, said delivering for its people and its clients will remain at the heart of Deutsche Numis.
“We look forward to continuing to build our position in UK investment banking, enhanced by the scale and strength of Deutsche Bank, including the ability to draw on a global industry capability and a broader array of financing solutions.
“We are confident that the professionalism, high performance, and client service that has long underpinned both companies will only be further enhanced by this combination,” said Mitchinson.
The transition follows Deutsche Bank’s Global Hausbank strategy, aiming to expand the group’s presence and establish itself as the primary service provider for its clients.
The group has set out operational and financial goals to reach by 2025 as part of this strategy, as stated in its “Strategic evolution to 2025” report published in 2022.
Deutsche Numis will oversee more than 170 corporate broking relationships, providing advisory, corporate broking, and equity capital markets services to its clients.
Numis Corporation was a London-based investment bank committed to bringing a fresh approach to investment banking.
Strategic branding and design company Designhouse created the Numis brand and is the creative powerhouse behind the work.
