Neurodiversity, gender parity, and racial equality were the key themes embraced by 20,000 delegates at this year’s Dive In Festival.
The annual event is one of the world’s largest diversity, equity, and inclusion events in the insurance calendar.
Under this year’s theme of “unlocking innovation: the power of inclusion,” the festival has become a key date for insurers.
Mark Lomas, head of culture at Lloyd’s of London, said the Dive In festival tapped into “a huge potential for innovation.”
“Dive In 2023 was a resounding success, with over 20,000 participants from over 35 countries engaging in 130+ events.
“That included understanding more about topics such as neurodiversity, gender parity, racial equality, and for the first time, subjects such as domestic abuse, and artificial intelligence,” said Lomas.
Attendees will be able to claim Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours, enhancing the festival’s value and attracting a broader international audience.
For those registered, events from across the world can be accessed on demand through the Dive In Festival website.
“Looking ahead, we’re getting started on Dive In 2024 as we celebrate 10 years of this incredible festival and the impact it has had on the insurance and wider business sector,” Lomas added.
