Intuit QuickBooks has launched “For the hero behind the heroes” to celebrate the often-overlooked accountancy profession.
The online accounting platform’s campaign put accountants into the spotlight in a bid to attract new users to its platform and showcase the dynamic nature of its products.
Michael Benjamin, director of marketing Intuit QuickBooks UK, said accountants are a key audience for QuickBooks due to their expertise and as a source of recommendation for its small business audience.
“‘For the Hero behind the Heroes’ is the biggest and boldest campaign we’ve ever done for accounting professionals.
“It really shows how much we value them, and how QuickBooks for Accountants has been made specifically for their needs,” said Benjamin.
The video advert showed a range of historical, mythical, and fairy tale characters talking to their accountants about their personal finances.
Directed by the award-winning Tiny Bullet, the advert showcased QuickBook’s new products such as pro tax, practice manager, and bureau payroll.
The campaign will run across YouTube, out of home, print, social, digital, radio, and events throughout Q4.
