General Event Information
What is FP Live!?
FP Live! is the UK’s biggest financial services marketing conference, bringing together senior marketers, communicators, and brand leaders from across banking, investment, pensions, insurance, and fintech.
Who should attend FP Live!?
The event is designed for CMOs, Heads of Marketing, PR and Communications Directors, Content Leads, and other marketing decision-makers in financial services.
What topics will be covered at the event?
Expect sessions on purpose-led branding, crisis communications, digital marketing, content strategy, fintech innovation, and emerging trends across financial services.
Will the event be recorded or available on demand?
Select sessions may be recorded or summarised in post-event coverage. Links will be shared with registered attendees after the event.
Passes & Registration
How can I get my pass for 2026?
Passes can be purchased online via the FP Live! website. Register early to secure your spot and take advantage of early-bird rates.
What happens if I can no longer attend?
You can transfer your ticket to a colleague by contacting the FP Live! events team at least 48 hours before the event.
What do the different ticketing prices mean?
Ticket types include, super early bird, early bird, standard, and team bundles. Each option includes access to sessions, networking, catering, and the FP Live! delegate kit.
Is there a loyalty discount if I have attended before?
Yes, returning attendees may be eligible for discounted rates on bulk ticket orders, check the registration page for current offers or speak to a sales manager.
Are early bird discounts available?
Yes super early bird tickets are limited, so book early to secure savings.
Where can I buy a pass onsite?
Tickets are available online in advance. Onsite purchases are subject to availability.
Can I purchase a group ticket or bring my team?
Yes – team bundles are available for multiple attendees at a discounted rate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to our registration terms for details on cancellations and transfers.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Can I pay via invoice?
Yes – invoice payments are available for corporate bookings.
I need a VAT receipt - is this provided?
Yes, a VAT receipt will be issued for all eligible purchases.
Can I make a purchase using financing platforms like Klarna or Afterpay?
Currently, we do not accept third-party financing options.
Event Logistics
Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?
The full agenda and schedule are available on the FP Live! website, including session times, speakers, and panel topics.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals can check in at the registration desk.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes – a secure cloakroom will be available for coats and bags.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual – smart but comfortable.
Are lunch and refreshments provided?
Yes – tea, coffee, breakfast items, lunch, and post-event drinks are included.
Can I bring food and drink onsite?
Outside food and drink are permitted.

Is there photography and videography happening during the event?
Yes – images and videos will be captured for promotional purposes.

Will there be WiFi?
Yes – WiFi is available for all attendees.
Agenda & Content
When will the full speaker lineup be announced?
Speaker announcements will be made in the lead-up to the event on our website and via email alerts.
How do I book my place on a session?
Sessions are included with your ticket. Popular sessions may require you to stand if at capacity.
What happens if a session is full?
We’ll aim to accommodate all attendees, but spaces are limited for some sessions.

Speaker FAQs
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your panel or session to check in with our production team.
We’d also love for you to join us for the full day to enjoy networking, other sessions, and refreshments.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Head to the registration desk at the main entrance, where our team will greet you and direct you to the Live Lounge or your session area.
Is there a speaker area?
Yes, we have the Live Lounge where you can prepare before going on stage.
Will I be briefed before my session?
Absolutely. Your session producer or moderator will contact you in advance to confirm key topics, timings, and format. On the day, we’ll also do a quick briefing before your panel.
Will there be microphones and AV support?
Yes – every panel is fully supported by our AV team. Microphones, slides (if applicable), and timing cues will all be managed for you. If you’re using slides, please email them at least 48 hours in advance to ensure they’re loaded correctly.
Can I stay for the whole event?
We’d love you to! Your speaker pass gives you full-day access, including breakfast, lunch, and networking drinks.
Can I promote my appearance on social media?
Please do! Tag @FinancialPromoter and use the hashtag #FPLive26. Our marketing team will provide assets in advance for you to post.
Who can I contact on the day?
Your main contact will be your session producer (details sent by email). On site, the Speaker Desk and FP Live event staff will be happy to assist with any queries.
Do I get a discount for additional tickets?
Yes – all speakers receive a 10% discount code for additional tickets to FP Live!, which can be applied during checkout.
