FP Live! ticketing terms and conditions

Rhotic Media Limited reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions. Such variations will become effective upon the posting of the new terms and conditions on the website. By continuing to use the website after such posting you will be deemed to accept such variations. You are expected to and should visit this page periodically to review these terms and conditions because they are binding on you.

If any term or condition is held to be invalid, unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable. No waiver of any of these terms or conditions shall be valid unless confirmed by Rhotic Media Limited in writing. No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Except as expressly provided in additional terms of use for areas of the website, these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Rhotic Media Limited with respect to the use of the website. Where such areas are subject to additional terms of use, by using such areas or any part thereof, you agree to be bound by such additional terms applicable to such areas.

FP Live! ticket purchases
Once you have completed the online checkout process for purchasing products or services, you will see a “thank you” notification. You will receive a separate notification containing the details of the event, your order number, and an acknowledgement that your order has been received successfully and is being processed. The email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.

If you have paid for a product/service over email or telephone, you will receive an email confirmation of your order within two working days sent to the email address supplied at the time of your order. We encourage you to check your junk/spam email folders if you haven’t received your confirmation email.

Rhotic Media Limited will not be held responsible if you fail to receive the written and/or email confirmation due to an incorrectly supplied email address. Rhotic Media Limited recommends that you print and/or save the order confirmation page and/or email confirmation. Rhotic Media Limited reserves the right to not accept or process any order, for any reason.

Event conditions
All sums quoted are exclusive of applicable value added tax and are payable without deduction on the specified dates.

Failure to pay any sums due by a specified date will permit Rhotic Media Limited to cancel this agreement by written notice to you, however you will still be required to pay the full amount agreed as highlighted in the cancellation clause below.

Rhotic Media Limited reserves the right to cancel the event at any time in which case any payments already made by you for tickets will be refunded in full.

Rhotic Media Limited reserves the right to amend the date and venue of the event at any time due to reasons beyond our control for which you will be advised in writing and no refund will be issued. Ticket cancellation rules will apply to the new event date.

Changes to features of the event (including speakers) may be necessary due to events outside our control and Rhotic Media Limited therefore reserves the right to make any necessary amendments to the programme or content of the event.

You may cancel your ticket or booking up to one month before the event, but if you do so, it must be in writing. A 20% cancellation fee will apply.

Payments received beyond our agreed credit terms will be subject to an interest charge of 8% above the bank base rate on the entire amount including any VAT, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We also reserve the right to charge an additional fixed late payment fee of £50 to cover our administrative costs.

The views of any speaker appearing at the event will be the views solely of the speaker concerned and Rhotic Media Limited will have no responsibility for them.

The client agrees to supply a list of all guests attending the event and their dietary requirements no later than 14 days before the date of the event.

No children under the age of 18 are allowed to attend Rhotic Media events.
