Bitpanda has signed a multi-year deal to become Arsenal’s official crypto trading partner, coinciding with the platform’s official launch in the UK.
As part of the agreement, Bitpanda’s branding will appear at Emirates Stadium, starting at Arsenal’s first home game, and will feature prominently across the club’s digital channels.
Bitpanda and Arsenal will also deliver immersive digital activations, collaborate on content creation and offer exclusive experiences designed to bring supporters closer to the club.
Through the partnership, Bitpanda will offer its customers unique experiences, including VIP access to Arsenal matches, invitations to exclusive events and opportunities to meet club legends.
The partnership reflects Arsenal’s and Bitpanda’s mutual focus on long-term growth. It will also provide supporters with access to tools and education for investing in crypto.
Bitpanda’s partnership with Arsenal aligns with the platform’s official launch in the UK, following its approval by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in February 2025.
The FCA’s endorsement allows Bitpanda to offer its comprehensive suite of services, including access to over 600 cryptocurrencies, staking, savings plans and crypto indices, to UK investors.
In preparation for this expansion, Bitpanda has spent several months localising its platform to meet the specific needs of British users. Additionally, the company plans to open a permanent office in the UK and expand its local team to support this growth.
Eric Demuth, co-founder and CEO of Bitpanda, said: “We’re launching in the UK with strength, scale, and ambition. Arsenal is more than a football club. It’s a symbol of excellence, heritage, and loyalty. That’s exactly the kind of brand we want beside us as we enter one of the most important markets in global finance and help more people set and achieve their financial goals.”
The new partnership adds to Bitpanda’s broad portfolio of sports sponsorships, which already includes Basel, Paris Saint-Germain, the NFL, AC Milan, Bayern Munich and endorsements of individual athletes.
