Financial services firms are taking a central role at Wales Week London 2026, the annual festival celebrating Welsh culture, history, music, and business.
Running from 21 February to 7 March, the two-week programme features nearly 100 events, including performances, talks, and networking opportunities.
This year, finance firms are more than just a supporting presence. Companies including Admiral Group, Hexa Finance, DWJ Wealth Management, Browne Jacobson, and PwC are driving conversations on governance, sustainability, capital access, and workforce strategy, all issues shaping the future of Welsh business.
Mike Jordan, Founder of Wales Week London, said: “Wales Week London is more than a celebration of Welsh identity, it is an open showcase of the talent, innovation and economic strength that exists here for everyone to see.
“It is an opportunity not just for those of us from Wales, but for partners, investors and peers from across the UK and beyond to engage with and appreciate the depth of expertise we have in finance and professional services.”
Admiral Group is hosting sessions such as “Creating a Circular Economy for Good” and “Data Unleashed: Fuelling Welsh Growth Through Innovation and Trust”, bringing together regulators, partners, and innovators to explore how sustainability, data governance, and responsible growth intersect with commercial strategy.
Hexa Finance, DWJ Wealth Management, and Browne Jacobson are leading “Wales – The Place to Start, Grow, and Thrive”, highlighting access to finance, legal expertise, and long-term wealth planning, all critical for Welsh businesses aiming to scale, exit, or expand internationally.
Professional services insights are also central to “Leading Through Change: Understanding the Multi-Generational Workforce”, hosted by Call of the Wild and PwC, addressing leadership and talent strategy in an evolving workforce.
Mike added: “The strength of Wales’ finance and professional services sector is undeniable, with leading firms driving meaningful impact and shaping conversations that matter for the future of business and growth. Their involvement highlights the vital role these organisations play in supporting growth across the Welsh economy.”
