Acrisure has rebranded two of its UK acquisitions, Hine Chartered Insurance Brokers and CRK Commercial Insurance Services, as part of its ongoing push to establish a single, unified identity in the market.
Both firms will now operate under the Acrisure name, reflecting the company’s wider strategy of consolidating its growing UK presence. The move follows similar rebrands of Sutton Winson, Affinity Brokers, FinCred and Building and Land Guarantees (BLG), which all now sit under the Acrisure identity.
The aim is to build recognition in the competitive UK broking market while signalling consistency to clients across different sectors and regions.
For Hine, a chartered insurance broker with more than 45 years of history, the rebrand marks the first time an Acrisure-owned firm in Northern England has taken on the group’s identity.
CRK, which is based in the Midlands and known for its work with manufacturing and engineering clients, has also adopted the Acrisure brand, joining BLG as the second Acrisure business in the region.
Mark McIlquham, UK CEO at Acrisure, said the rebrands come during a period of growth and reflects our strategy to unite top talent, sector expertise, digital innovation and local insight under one trusted name.
He added: “It also marks Acrisure’s broader transformation from a network of acquired businesses into a cohesive, forward-looking entity with a clear market position. Our long-term vision remains to build a world-class offering accessible to every business and private client in the country – and these rebrands are another important milestone on that journey.”
