3S Money has launched its first-ever brand film, Payments Powered by People, placing human relationships at the centre of international business payments and tackling what it describes as a growing anxiety for companies moving large sums of money across borders.
The campaign spans seven markets and marks a bold creative statement from the London-headquartered fintech, which argued that high-value international payments should not feel daunting – and that businesses need more than automated support when problems arise.
Ivan Zhiznevsky, Co-Founder and Chief Executive of 3S Money, said the campaign reflected the company’s core philosophy.
“We built 3S Money for business owners doing extraordinary things across borders who have been left behind by traditional financial systems,” he said.
“The anxiety around large international payments is real, and it has been normalised for far too long. What we offer is not just a platform – it is the certainty that your relationship manager, who knows your business, is there when it matters. Our first brand film captures exactly what that means.”
The film addresses a longstanding challenge in global business payments, where companies dealing in multiple currencies often face delays, limited transparency and regulatory complexity.
According to 3S Money, when issues occur, many businesses are left navigating chatbots and automated systems with little accountability or human support.
Payments Powered by People explores the reassurance of speaking to a real person when stakes are high.
At the heart of the campaign is 3S Money’s client service model, in which every customer is assigned a dedicated relationship manager to help navigate complex international transactions.
