What attracted you to becoming a judge for the FP Awards 2026?
I’m passionate about financial services and fintech. This industry never stands still, and these awards recognise campaigns that don’t just make noise, but genuinely move the industry forward.
Why are programmes like the FP awards important for the industry?
They promote creativity and best practice, particularly when it comes to impact measurement.
What excites you most about judging this year’s awards?
In the last twelve months I’ve seen more truly creative marketing and comms campaigns in this industry. I’m particularly interested in reading about the thought processes and strategies that led to these ideas.
What separates a good entry from a great entry?
KPIs! Big ideas and strong narratives are powerful, but a great entry meaningfully quantifies the impact that a campaign had on the business as a whole.
What role does creativity play in financial services marketing?
It separates you from the crowd and makes your brand memorable.
If you could give entrants once piece of advice what would it be?
Be loud and proud about your work – and of course, bring the metrics (the more the better!)
What does the future of financial services marketing look like to you?
Fully AI-integrated – but (hopefully!) driven by human creativity.
Finally, what’s one word you hope describes this year’s winners?
Impactful!
