Prudential plc has launched a new regional marketing campaign across Asia, designed to highlight the personal commitments that drive people to protect their futures.
Titled “Promises, made real.”, the campaign was developed with Dentsu and will run across eight markets in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
The campaign focuses on the everyday promises people make to themselves and their families, from planning for children’s futures to protecting loved ones and managing long-term health and financial goals.
Prudential said the campaign reflects the challenges facing customers, including longer life expectancy, rising healthcare costs, economic uncertainty and rapid technological change, while highlighting the role insurance can play in providing greater confidence and security.
Priscilla Ng, Group Chief Customer & Marketing Officer at Prudential plc, said the campaign is built around the idea that every policy represents a promise to protect and support customers when they need it most.
The integrated campaign uses a flexible creative framework that allows local markets to adapt content, formats and messaging while maintaining a consistent regional brand identity. It includes digital, social, film, premium outdoor advertising, airport placements and large-format brand experiences.
The campaign also features real-life customer stories and selected market activations, including appearances from Cantopop singer and actor Eason Chan.
Rolling out from July to November 2026, Prudential said the campaign aims to strengthen its connection with customers by showing how the business helps turn personal commitments into protection, confidence and peace of mind.
