Cazenove Capital is to sponsor the Modern Affluence Summit, a wealth event taking place in London at the end of September.
Cazenove’s involvement will see the brand alongside Aston Martin and Chivas Brothers Pernod Ricard at the event where c-suite figures from finance, luxury goods and entrepreneurial businesses exchange ideas.
Mike Pickett, portfolio director at Cazenove Capital, said the world is going through a “seismic shift” in wealth allocations over the coming decades.
He added: “We are excited to partner with Modern Affluence Summit to be part of an important conversation – reimagining affluence, and how we can help current and future generations use their financial and cultural capital in a meaningful, purposeful way.”
The summit is now in its fifth year. The agenda for the day has panel discussions and keynotes designed to challenge the status quo and stereotypes associated with luxury and wealth.
Key to the summit is the discussion of what many refer to as ”The Great Wealth Transfer.”
$81 trillion is expected to be transferred to the younger generation over the next 30 years and the next generation of high-net-worth individuals will look very different, according to Cazenove’s media statement.
“The next generation is reimagining affluence and we’re excited to collaborate with Cazenove Capital as we uncover the opportunities that result,” Ben Wattam, chief executive officer of the Modern Affluence Exchange added.
