Global online FX and CFD trading broker Axi has unveiled a campaign, teaming up with Manchester City players Nathan Aké, Oscar Bobb and Omar Marmoush to show that both the club and the broker stand for more than their core products.
The ‘More Than’ campaign leans into the emotion, identity and community surrounding Manchester City. Through a series of striking visuals and player-led narratives, the advert positions the club as “more than a dot on the map” and “more than a stadium”, framing football as a stage for dreams, passion and shared purpose.
Axi mirrors this sentiment by presenting itself as more than a broker or trading platform and instead a community, partner and way of life for its clients.
The launch builds on Axi’s long-standing relationship with Manchester City. As the club’s Official Online Trading Partner, Axi has delivered several creative collaborations, including last season’s ‘Four Years’ campaign celebrating its four-year partnership with the club.
Axi has also strengthened its individual player partnerships. The broker recently renewed its deal with defender John Stones as a global brand ambassador, following its first player activation with him in January for its UK-focused spread betting campaign. That content featured Stones reflecting on some of his most memorable moments on the pitch.
