The bank is using luxury experiential partnerships as a client retention tool, moving beyond traditional financial perks into lifestyle experiences.
This positions Citi as a lifestyle partner, rather than just a financial institution, using the birthday occasion as a relationship touchpoint rather than a purely transactional moment.
Clients can choose between a full-day unsupervised test drive in a Porsche of their choice or a guided 60–90-minute drive accompanied by a Porsche product specialist, preceded by breakfast at Porsche Studio Singapore.
