What are you most looking forward to about the gala in November?
The gala gives us the chance to step away from the day-to-day and celebrate the work and people shaping our industry.

How do you and your team celebrate success (big or small)?
Always cake! But mostly by taking a moment to appreciate what we’ve achieved together before moving on to the next challenge.
