Mantle has partnered with Mail Metrics to help pension schemes and administrators modernise how they communicate with members, launching an integrated solution focused on automation, compliance and cost efficiency.
The partnership brings together MantleComms, Mantle’s communications platform, with Mail Metrics’ customer communications technology to create a single workflow for generating, delivering and tracking pension correspondence.
The move comes as pension providers face increasing pressure to deliver timely, compliant and personalised communications while managing rising fulfilment costs and growing demand for digital engagement.
By integrating communications directly into pension administration processes, the solution aims to reduce manual intervention, improve visibility and provide a clearer audit trail for regulated member correspondence.
A key driver behind the partnership is the cost of member communications. Mantle said clients using optimised delivery methods have achieved postage savings of up to 65%, while enhanced reporting capabilities provide greater transparency around communication volumes, delivery performance and associated costs.
The platform also supports stronger governance by removing the need for manual data exports and unsecured file transfers, helping administrators manage sensitive member information more securely.
Chris Tucker, chief client success officer at Mantle, said pension administrators are increasingly looking for ways to simplify communications without compromising compliance.
“Through our partnership with Mail Metrics, we’re giving clients a more efficient way to manage these critical processes, reducing manual effort, improving oversight and creating a platform for future digital engagement,” he said.
Andrew O’Driscoll, executive director of client growth at Mail Metrics, added that the partnership is designed to improve the way pension providers engage with members.
“Pension schemes are responsible for delivering some of the most important and highly regulated interactions their members receive. Together, we’re enabling providers and administrators to deliver a more modern, responsive experience for members,” he said.
