Monzo Bank has signed a one-year deal to become Coventry City Football Club’s lead shirt sponsor and partner for the 2024/25 season.
The bank’s vice president of marketing, Monzo, AJ Coyne, said the club and the bank share “a special connection” with their communities and a challenger mindset.
“This was a match made in heaven,” he said.
In a media statement, Tynan Scope, chief commercial officer at Coventry City Football Club, said many of the club’s fans would recognise the brand and already hold accounts customers with the company.
“We are proud to showcase the Monzo logo on our fantastic new kits in the 2024/25 season,” he added.
