Paradigm Mortgage Services is running a summer mortgage training programme for mortgage intermediaries looking to improve their marketing capabilities.
Running over six weeks, the group’s “Summer School of Marketing” will see the mortgage club publish videos, guides and training resources to upskill British intermediaries looking to finesse their promotion skills.
Topics covered in the course include audience recognition, social media, building brand awareness, measuring success, GDPR email compliance and website strategy.
Riona Mulherin, director of marketing and operations at the company, said the course materials are designed to help mortgage promoters develop their output to deliver greater engagement from their existing and prospective clients, improve their communication and enhance their brand profile.
She explained: “We know how busy advisers are, and many struggle to find time to invest in marketing activities. Over the course of six weeks, we aim to guide firms through the most effective methods to achieve the right results.
“The content has been designed for those who want to refresh their activity, or who want to get involved but don’t know where to start.”
The course begins with a getting started module and will feature a host of mortgage industry experts.
“Different avenues and channels will work for different firms,” said Mulherin
“Paradigm aims to identify all of these and to provide hints, tips and suggestions on what might work best, presenting the business and its proposition to target customers, and providing them with clear sign-posting so they can turn leads into clients.”
