The international arm of the Raiffeisen banking group is to use data analytics platform Fivetran to better understand and refine its marketing campaigns.
In a media statement on Thursday, Raiffeisen Bank International said it had chosen Fivetran to measure campaign interactions, manage data and monitor multi-channel campaigns in real-time.
Christophe de Cussy, a senior delivery manager at Raiffeisen Bank International, said Fivetran has supported marketers at the bank meeting their compliance regulations such as GDPR while supporting the business’s growth aspirations.
He added: “The Fivetran platform streamlines our data integration and opens up new opportunities for data-driven marketing initiatives to fuel our continued growth.”
RBI will use Fivetran’s capabilities to enhance its own customer data platform with internal and external data, advanced machine learning models and integrating data from platforms like LinkedIn.
Rachel Thornton, chief marketing officer at Fivetran, said RBI’s use of the platform exemplifies how data can empower banks to create compelling marketing and customer acquisition campaigns and drive results for the business.
“We’re committed to supporting their digital transformation with secure, efficient data access that opens new avenues for growth,” she said.
