Property listing platform Rightmove is to sponsor ITV’s prime time talent show The Voice as part of a new TV-led marketing drive.
In an announcement on Tuesday (13 August), Rightmove said it will become the headline sponsor for the new series of the hit show. It is deploying a series of social media assets featuring Rightmove’s branding across ITV’s “The Voice” social channels during the period of the campaign.
The deal will see branded themed idents appear at the start of each episode and in between advertising breaks. These idents will feature singers performing musical genres designed to reflect different UK property styles.
“The Voice UK is one of ITV’s most loved programmes, and its core message of belief aligns perfectly with our mission at Rightmove, to give everyone the belief that they can make their move,” said Matt Bushby, chief marketing officer at Rightmove.
“This sponsorship offers us a unique opportunity to reach millions of viewers, reinforcing our leadership in the property market while inspiring confidence in people looking to move during the busy Autumn selling season.”
The company said The Voice’s key themes of self-belief and confidence connect to Rightmove’s ‘Believe It’ platform, which is centred around empowering everyone to believe that they can make their move.
The new series will see the return of coaches Sir Tom Jones and will.i.am along with Danny Jones, LeAnn Rimes and Tom Fletcher from McFly.
