Santander is featuring iconic partnerships in its latest advertising campaign to emphasise the banks’ ability to connect clients to the people they need to know.
The campaign of outdoor posters and press adverts features iconic pairings such as Thelma and Louise, Holmes & Watson and Ant & Dec to drive the campaign’s tagline ‘The connections you need. It Starts Here’.
The latest adverts build on the previous campaign, developed by House 337, which focused on the importance of “connections” in helping businesses achieve their growth ambitions.
This iteration continues that theme but focuses more on Santander’s people, showing the importance of relationship teams and specialist teams in enabling introductions.
Dan Sherwood, marketing director, Santander UK, said: “While Santander’s Corporate & Commercial Banking division continues to become better known in the market, we still have more to do. We need to continue to raise awareness that we offer corporate and commercial banking services and can help businesses achieve their growth ambitions.
“This campaign will demonstrate our teams’ ability to make key connections and in turn, showcase the opportunity for businesses to grow with our support.”
The outdoor posters will appear in various locations including the London Underground and key financial districts, premium gyms as well as in publications such as the Telegraph and the Times.
Digital adverts will be used across key social media platforms and relevant business focused websites.
