Howden, Fidelity International and EY are among the brands sending speakers for this year’s Rendez-Vous de Septembre in Monte Carlo.
The event, sponsored by Verisk, runs from 7 – 11 September and looks set to be another heady mix of networking, learning and dealmaking for the insurance community.
Conference registration at the Fairmont Monte Carlo are open from 1430hrs on 7 September with meetings and presentations taking place across the weekend. Shuttles for RVS delegates are available from Casino Square and the Fairmont throughout the day, with timetables available on the official app.
On Monday (9 September), seminars open at 0830hrs with a debate hosted by IRLA director Richard Burrows and featuring David Flandro, head of industry analysis and strategic advisory at Howden Tiger.
The 11am session – featuring the team at Sollers Consulting – explores best practice for preparing for renewal season and the various strategies that organisations can employ for solid outcomes.
Fidelity International’s global head of insurance solutions, Ghislain Perisse will be completing presentations at the end of the day reviewing how regulatory changes across Europe, Asia and Bermuda could impact investments and returns.
As the sun sets, the Monaco Government and RVS Association are hosing drinks at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel, with a complimentary shuttle available from the Fairmont hotel operating between 1730 and 2300hrs.
The 2024 event sees Reuters-owned brand The Insurer return as one of the lead partners at the event, together with Kshema General Insurance, S&P Global Ratings, AM Best and Moody’s.
