The Insurance Charity has revealed a new visual identity and website to help increase awareness and provide enhanced support to people working in the insurance industry.
The UK and Ireland’s only dedicated insurance industry charity’s has changed its name from The Insurance Charities to The Insurance Charity and launched a new website.
The charity has also removed its length of service requirement for those seeking support, to provide assistance to an even greater number of insurance people when they need it most.
Annali-Joy Thornicroft, CEO of The Insurance Charity, said: “We have a very proud history of helping so many insurance professionals in need of financial and practical support and today feels like a new dawn.
“Our charity is evolving, and it’s important we do so in a way that aligns with the industry and the people within it, which is why we conducted extensive research, consulting with many people across our industry, to gather their views on our Charity. We’re excited to take this step forward to help even more people in our brilliant and thriving industry.”
Josh Brekenfeld, chairman of The Insurance Charity, added: “Everyone at the Charity wants to be sure that we have a brand and name which drives people to our door. It’s vital that our messaging demonstrates that we are here for all insurance people and their dependents. It doesn’t matter if you’ve since left our industry, we care deeply about everybody who works – and has worked – in this brilliant sector. Everyone is welcome to come to us.”
