Known for her ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven results, Susan combines data and intuition to guide decisions that drive both immediate impact and long-term growth.
Before joining Keesler, Susan served as Senior Vice President of Brand and Growth Marketing at VyStar Credit Union, where she oversaw brand strategy, digital experience and regional engagement. Her previous leadership roles include Vice President of Marketing at Nivel Parts and Manufacturing, and Chief Marketing Officer at 18Birdies, where she helped redefine golf for a new generation through the award-winning “Reimagine Golf” brand platform.
Earlier in her career, Susan held senior marketing positions at Citi, leading global brand, communications and advertising programs across more than 140 markets. She began her career in brand consulting at WPP’s Enterprise IG, developing corporate identity and brand architecture for Fortune 500 clients.
